I’m afraid you now need to get tested and gather as much evidence as you can. If she is truly remorseful she should document the affair, including its lead up. You still may be able to get an annulment, but speak with a lawyer about your liabilities and options. You at least need to understand your options, even if you’re undecided about your next steps.
Bring her affair into the light with family and friends. Preferably she will do this. Any partner of the AP needs to be informed. It’s the honest and empathic thing to do.
