the part about bleeding does sound suspicious, but crushed up xanax is fairly bitter. it might be hideable in a very sweet mixed drink or some kind of food, but if it were in a glass of water, it would be pretty bitter and it would be fairly obvious something was off.
also, in the media, drugging someone is often portrayed as “slipping” someone a “roofie”, and often men are shown dropping tablets into peoples drinks, but you cant just slip a tablet into a glass and have it dissolve fully and quickly. to spike someones drink with xanax, the tablet would need to be crushed, and especially if the drink was non-alcoholic, it would need to be stirred quite a bit.
it is possible to very quickly and discreetly drug a drink by using a drug that is already in liquid form, but drugging your drink with xanax tablets is not something that is doable quickly and discreetly. someone could crush the tablets well in advance, but it would still need considerable stirring to get the powder to fully dissolve.
also, xanax feels VERY similar to alcohol – have you ever been drunk? if you are fully intoxicated, you dont just get tired or randomly fall asleep, its a very noticeable high. however a very small amount that would just make a person slightly drowsy and a bit more likely to fall asleep could easily go unnoticed, but this would not be a dose that would ensure you would fall asleep or that would prevent you from waking up in a situation where you would normally wake up.
are you normally a heavy sleeper? do you think it is possible you could sleep thru someone touching you like that under normal circumstances without drugs? for a person who sleeps lightly enough to normally wake up if someone was touching them, the amount of xanax needed to prevent them from waking up would also produce a very noticeable high before the person falls asleep.

As someone who had a SA I can tell you things aren’t always clear. I did tell some lies because I felt so much shame like I asked for it when I’m reality I didn’t. I told myself more lies like if I wouldn’t have been nice to them they wouldn’t have noticed me. If I would’ve dressed more modestly it wouldn’t have happened. If I wouldn’t have gone to that place it wouldn’t have happened. I blamed myself for a long time and I lied so others wouldn’t know what had happened to be and wouldn’t judge me as I was judging myself.
I’m not saying it’s the same for your gf. Just giving you a perspective from someone who was SA not once by just one person but more than once. One even told me it was my fault for not saying no before. Another said that since we’d had sex before that it was his right to have sex with me whenever he wanted even if I was incapacitated, passed out etc. I know it’s a different situation for you though.
