Not telling someone something important about your past leads the other person to believe things about you that aren’t true. In this case, that she had never done porn and had never performed whatever sex acts she did in the scenes that she won’t do with OP.
Further, not telling OP that she did porn is withholding information about herself that may have caused him to decide not to be with her anymore. He made decisions about being with her based on false information. If she had told him before they were married and he didn’t want to stay with her, separating would be simple. Telling him now means they have to get a divorce.
