If money isn’t an issue in this situation then I don’t see any reason for her not to pursue what makes her happy.
If money is an issue maybe bring up to her that a job is necessary in this situation to make ends meet.
It really would crush someone if their SO sees them actually putting the time into something that could be their dream and fun and say that what you’re doing isn’t working out.
This would only happen if they shared the same Apple ID. That would make sense to do with kids’ iPads so mom could track what the kids are doing. It would make no sense whatsoever in the case of two independent adults. All of BF’s texts would show up on mom’s phone and vice versa.
It is possible they have air drop turned on and the photos somehow shared themselves. But even then, most sons would say ew mom I don’t need your nudes and delete them.
Exactly this. Lord my husband was the complete opposite. I'm very introverted and he was pushing me out the door to join electives and make friends instead of spending all my time indoors. He wanted me to have fun and experience shit without him. Even when called him drunk to fetch me and talked his ears off about the stupid joke my friends told.
You need to enjoy your youth. And be able to do that being in a relationship. With someone that wants you to grow not lock you into a box and push you to stay there.
OP you didn't make friends because they wldnt understand the relationship you didn't want to make friends because deep down you know those friends would tell you this kind of behavior isn't normal or loving.
