1. Dude you're painting an entire gender with the same brush based on the experiences you've had in your own social group and its not cool.    3) the likeliest and most important aspect is that you are jealous person with trust issues. If he’s never cheated then he’s never given you a reason to decide this is the way he is. You treat relationships like it’s some transactional partnership. Liking photos + not posting them of you= disrespecting you. That equation doesn’t work simply because the primary purpose of his actions aren’t for your benefit

   4) you are never going to be happy in this relationship or the next one if you can’t reach a place of trust or communication. You say you have that but here you are one a subreddit dragging him instead of waiting to talk to him about it. Your issues are your issues and while he can help you work through them you can’t project them on to him. Either go to therapy to figure out how to overcome them or stop vilifying your boyfriend over a past trauma he didn’t create
