I think I would remind my sister that you are a person too and that this ring is important to you as well. You were gifted it 7 years ago, and it hold sentimental value in that you’ve been entrusted with it. Your sister is scared and feeling isolated I’m sure but going no contact simply because they aren’t getting what they want is no way to act. Ask if there is some other way you can support her that doesn’t require you to sacrifice what has been yours for so long.
