Honestly, and this is going to be hard to read but, you've got to loosen your grip on things. She told you her answer: she doesn't want anything with anyone right now. I’ve tried to talk with her about what I would feel satisfied with/how often I would like to have it if my partner was on the same wavelength as me. She doesn’t take any medication and has felt with some depression/anxiety but the weird thing Is it was so much worse last year then it is now. Yet we’re having less sex now.
