I cry a lot too and when I haven't cried in a while I will purposefully watch or think about something sad and have a good cry lol. It's healthy. My bf also knows this about me and while he himself doesn't cry at all basically, he accepts that I do. We can still have healthy discussions even if I cry, I can still think straight and articulate my points. But here are some tips: 1. if you feel like you are about to cry during an argument, ask your fiance for a few minutes to collect your thoughts. 2. have discussions outside like a park. Having other people around might stop you from cryinf heavily, I know it helps me. 3. have discussions/arguments in the dark. I know it sounds dumb, but he might feel less “manipulated” if he can't actually see you cry.

There’s nothing you can do for this situation. You are fundamentally incompatible for marriage.

However, I don’t think he manipulated you so that you wouldn’t be able to back out. Being LGBTQ can take a long while to accept, even for the person themselves. You wonder if you can keep pretending and think yourself out of being that way. Seriously, it is not easy at all. You have been in a long-term relationship, so not only he had to consider his gender change, but also losing you as a partner. But he also gave you the chance to back out before you proceed with the wedding.

I’m sure you’re dealing with a lot of very hot feelings so give yourself some time. It’s nobody’s fault and you’re dealing with this situation respectfully.
