Don't divorce over a list. That's not worth a divorce in any ways. However, take a step back and look at things not from a hurt view but an honest one. You're hyper focusing on this one thing but there's more if you want a divorce it's not about the list.

He's siding with his sister who's outwardly tried to ruin his, and your, life so wtf is that about? Is he also traumatized and needs therapy because he can't go against his family? This isn't an excuse but something to consider and at the end of the day don't assume you can fix him.
Has he ever personally shown any signs of these toxic family traits? What has he done to defend you against your family? When the sil tried to ruin yalls life what was his response? A normal response ranges from going NC to at least telling her off.
Don't focus on the list there are many more red flags from your story.
I definitely got so upset and disappointed when she did fell in love with my husband, my girl instinct screamed within me. My husband told her before in a call where I was “asleep” and overheard that they can only stay as good friends. She also apologized to me and messaged me first about it. We also got to talk in a call, and she told me herself she was to blame that I was feeling like this. I felt some sincerity, though like my husband said meeting with her this coming Friday would hopefully clear it all. He even suggested it would be even better too if its just me and the coworker be able to talk alone. More than a couple of hours the better he said. I think that speaks volumes and shows nothing more but friendship is going on between them.
