I agree with a lot of what I’m seeing in the comments; tell your dad that he -your dad!- will be walking you down the aisle. Then pull grandma/roger aside and say that roger should have no expectation to even think he would be walking you down the aisle and that was something he relinquished when he abandoned you at 7 without a glance back.
Do you feel comfortable expressing your concerns to him? Relationships have ups and downs, he may not realize you feel the way that you do. A good partnership will always include safe and honest communication.
I also wonder if he’s depressed, is he in therapy? Sometimes depression can look like pulling away from typical interests and even loving relationships. He may be feeling stuck for other reasons, and need to sort things out with a professional. Therapy is a good resource for everyone.
