Letting go of these things will make you a happier person overall. On the bright side, your lady did not lie about hooking up with someone and that shows two things, in a situation that could have caused problems she chose to be honest, secondly is that she probably did not see it as a breach of any agreement/trust that you two had, therefore if you did not want her to hookup this should have been communicated. In the end you just have to decide if you are able to overcome the resentment you hold towards her now, because resentment is the biggest killer. Remember going forward that it’s not you vs her, it’s you two vs the problem. Picture the problem as another person entirely that you are arguing against, that helps me. Goodluck!
