So he's a narc and so's his mom, and you clearly need to get away from them. He doesn't want you to get close to his family/sister specifically. I think that the bigger thing is the fear of missing out. You know you are something, but the fact that you never tried it makes you sour. This isn't unique to lqbt people, but rather to experiences in life. I get what you are saying and I really doubt that he will find anything too fulfilling, but frankly if op is willing to let him experiment, I don't see harm on this ocasion
Get a divorce, keep it as amicable as you can. Don't expect a serious relationship with the 22 year old. But see it as a sureshot sign that you no longer have your cards in your marriage
You already know it's time to get divorced and end this. It doesn't mean the two of you can't on-line together as roommates for a while until each of you finds a romantic partner you want to be with for the rest of your life. Of course still might be a little nude for any perspective boyfriends to get over the fact that you two were once married but obviously never slept together in terms of sex. There's nothing wrong for wanting a loving husband and a physical relationship and children. You two are very enmeshed at this point but you're going to have to on-line without the other. Both probably need therapy but if you can get a easy do-it-yourself divorce then go for it, even if you can't go for it you two need to end the charade and move on.
