After 10 years of marriage and 4 kids. The sex life with my wife has just about reached all levels of up and down. I’ve done ALOT of learning. When it was at its worst I went a entire month without saying anything about sex or even touching her in that type of way…. Nothin happened…. Turns out she was very depressed and wasn’t getting anything done around the house. She works out almost everyday and a lot of times that’s the only thing she can manage to get done for the day but it’s her therapy and I’m proud of her for that. So what I did was start working out again, really pushing the shit out of myself, after 3 weeks of this and my muscles started fillin back in, she got all motivated and started making the house over,and eating better, etc, it actually brought her out of her slump. Huge huge difference In sex drive!
