I've had a bf who wanted kids and I didn't, it took us 2 years to find out what's really true for oneself, he thought I'd change my mind and I did the same. In the end we split up to safe each others time, I had the idea, we were both sad but we needed to move on. It was the best desicion for us and I now have a partner who feels the same on the big topics so that kind of stress isn't compromising anything. So tell her that you'll be more comfortable if she doesn't remain close friends with people she has had sex with. They both need to move on.
Credit to him though, I feel he is trying to give you the most respect he can considering the boundary you set. So all in all he does sound like a decent person.
