I've been there and I completely understand how you feel. I made it and I'm so grateful I did. You will as well.
So you retain ownership in some form I would check into a limited liability company. But unless we have an attorney here, I would check with an attorney. You can buy it in your parents name, but that doesn’t protect from IRS gifting laws. And then you gotta hope your parents like show up for either way they need to check with an attorney.

As you've already decided that the proper course is to get over it, here's the best way. First do not feed these emotions. You did that when you decided to watch the videos, and again when you related them to the sex life that you now have (which, BTW, couldn't possibly on-line up to porn – no one's can). You will continue to have unwanted intrusive thoughts now and then, but you can choose not to get lost in them.
Second, from now on, share these feelings, and the subject they sprang from, with a confidant, clergy or counselor – NOT with Wife. With her, this subject is over and done, and for awhile you will have to act better than you feel. Treat her well, and be patient with yourself. This wound will heal soon enough, as long as you don't pick at it.
