2. You have to talk to her outside of the moment. Sit her down and talk to her about what you feel and need. Also listen to her.

   Then come up with what’s acceptable. Cuddles and reassurances are ok. Going over the details and harassing you is not.

   If it doesn’t help then you can look at next steps. A first step actually needs to include therapy for her and maybe even as a couple.
