Hmmm…if there was at least hints of it before then I would suggest focusing more on couples counseling vs individual. Both will help, but it existing before means how you guys relate is a big part vs a change in her. Though I’m not discounting how individual therapy might help…it’s a rather large blind spot for her to ignore having most of the day to herself barring it being a one off.
If she isn’t willing to actually change there’s no use in staying in such relationship, it will just mentally exhaust you and it’s no fun.
