Truthfully OP, my ex did this to me pretty much every time he went out. I started having to really re-examine if he was “great in every other way” like I painted him in my head. You might start pulling at that thread and the rose colored glasses will come off.
While I definitely think you should get some help with the anxiety you feel, as it sounds like you might have an anxious-attachment style, I do think that it seems your bf doesn’t do much to help alleviate the ways he triggers it. Such as with being radio silent on a night out. I get that people get caught up and not realize they haven’t looked at their phones, but it really isn’t that nude to just shoot a quick message, especially if they’re active on other things. That, to me, says they’re actively ignoring you.
