I feel that people aren't unattractive, they just do unattractive things to themselves (or lack of doing anything). Things like bad haircuts or styles, untrimmed beards, crazy makeup, a few minutes of self-care in the morning will go a long way. Obviously I know nothing about you, but consider that these more attractive people you perceive are doing that.
When you're at the hair stylist don't just get the same thing again, go somewhere good, ask them for some style insight, what do they think will look good on you? I do this, haircut consultation.
