I think the question here is, are you guys living together now? I think it’s reasonable if she’s basically moved into your apartment, that you sit down and talk about her contribution. Clearly she makes a lot less money than you and is a student so it would be reasonable for you to pay a larger percentage, but even if it’s 80/20 split, at least she is paying something and contributing to the household.
I’m going to suggest that after three months, nobody should be moving in together. But you should have the conversation. If she has moved in then it is reasonable to expect that she contribute.
If she is not going to get added to the lease then, it’s your apartment, so you pay the bills. That’s just the way it goes when you have a girlfriend who is not living with you.
