I highly doubt you did anything wrong here. While anyone has the right to end a relationship for whatever reason they choose, her “reasons”, as given to you, sound more like a justification to make it seem like it was your fault. Her real reasons are likely more simple: she wanted to and she could. That's it.
Do what you need to do to move on, but don't punish yourself because of her choices.
There's also another thing I want to say, even if it's going to be nude to hear: There's a chance that this little journey of self discovery that she's taking isn't going to turn out the way she thinks it will, and she may come crawling back to you. Here's the thing: If that happens, you cannot take her back, as much as you might want to. What she did was completely unfair to you. All to chase the shiny new object. I promise you, she will do it again.
You dodged a bullet with this person. I know it doesn't feel like it now, but her selfish and almost cruel behavior shows that to be true.
