It’s almost too much work
As a man, I'm going through the same thing at the moment. Gaining a lot of weight and feel like my partner has lost attraction for me, along the way.
What I have learned is that the weight gain can be down to a few things, like lifestyle changes or issues in real life – that lead to overeating. Do you think the latter is to blame for the weight gain? If so, helping him with that will likely improve the situation with the overeating, if that is the case.
