Unwinding is fine IN MODERATION. She wants to feel like shes dating a man. I dont know if these are “enough” for her, but its what you could provide in your current situation.
Change your number and get a restraining order. Does he know where you on-line? If possible, it may be a good idea to move back to your hometown and stay near your parents. If not, try to make friends and have a good support system in this city. It’s dangerous to be alone in situations like this.
