How come you're not feeling great about the choices? Is it related to him having slept with another friend of yours? Or just, you have some post-nut clarity as they say?
Regardless of what makes you feel this way, like the rest has said – just don't mention it and be friendly with him as usual. If he brings it up, explain that you just want to remain friends.
I have been in a similar situation, with a friend who has been in my friend group for the last few years. What happened was at the beginning of that friend group forming. We didn't fully hook up but we kissed and he tried to hook up many times. I regret even sharing a bed with him and going as far as I did. He has brought it up twice after the fact, the first time (a few months later) asking whether I had told my new boyfriend about our shenanigans. I told him I hadn't. He said good, because it didn't mean anything right? Lol. He mentioned it another time about half a year ago, saying it was fucked up. I never bring it up, and we never mention it otherwise. I don't show any interest in discussing it. I have to say I'm not comfortable being with him one on one but I just avoid that.

So she has a therapist, for a little over a year now. She conveniently leaves anything out that makes her look bad. As mentioned in my post, she lives a life of lies. I think Iām the one friend who knows most of it, but she still also lies to me (she comes clean with things months later and says she didnāt tell me because she didnāt want me to be mad at her?). Sheās been casually dating a guy for the last 6 months and he doesnāt know that sheās not working (sheās been on leave for ādepressionā for 14 months). I asked her how he didnāt know and she said she purposefully plans dates after the work day and acts like she was working all day. And I know depression is a touchy subject but I put it in quotations bc she stated that as her reason for being on medical leave, however sheās spent most of those 14 months traveling abroad.
