Recovery from an affair – if you want it – takes a long time. A LOT longer than a month. Your husband needs to understand and accept this because HE is the one who has to rebuild that trust 100% and needs to accept that. He's got to be the one willing to rebuild it from the ground up and accept your terms for rebuilding the trust.
I've been through rebuilding a relationship after an affair and it CAN be done, but so far your husband's actions aren't showing that he's truly up for it and understanding what that entails. There should be NO continued social contact, period. If that means he misses out on some things with his social circle/friends, well boo-freakin-hoo, he's the one who cheated and he should be groveling at your feet that you're even willing to give him a second chance.
