Definitely have that conversation but you shouldn't go in with the expectation of her to change. That never ends welland can cause resentment. If you really cared for her, you wouldn't feel the need to change her, she's a person, not a project. If she had toxic behaviour, then fair enough, encourage her to seek help etc. But trying to change the way she dresses/looks etc then that's a you problem, not hers. And if you have an issue with that, then you clearly shouldn't be in the relationship. Either you accept her the way she is or leave.
All of that is a her problem. She needs to work on her feelings and her insecurities.
