I don’t see any dude worth marrying here. Keep your standards as high as possible. Do not worry about societal indoctrinations and expectations nor others expectations. You don’t fucking have to force yourself to be outgoing either.
I think what's even worse is that I was trying to put on a happy face about my eye, but obviously, I couldn't help but feel self-conscious about it. Her reaction and especially her refusal to take any pictures or even be seen in public with me has made me feel a heck of a lot worse about it. Now I don't really want to be seen in public right now. Hopefully it's gone in a few days so I don't have to feel so awful about it.
I do however think she learned a valuable lesson
