If you believe that she might be the one, then stand by her. She sounds like she is a sweet person who has suffered a lot of bad things in life. She might be pushing everyone away right now but deep down, probably wants someone to save her.
Definitely keep pushing the therapy and don't let her sabotague herself. If you stand by her she will come around. You can also try to offer accompanying her to her 1st therapy session if she feels intimidated by it.
Its good that she blocked the SA guy on all media. Personally I would threaten the shit out of him (obviously not in any kind of traceable way of course) to leave her alone too. Make sure everyone in your group knows to keep him away too so that he doesn't manage to re-find her after she moves.
