Uhm. Unless she’s 6’ tall, 120 lbs is a healthy weight. If she’s shorter than that, like ya know, the average height, 120 lbs is in the middle of the healthy range. Being 160 lbs as a woman is almost always actually or close to overweight, and a short-average height woman, it’s obese. It might not sound like a big number, but it is. America/Europe’s supersize phenomenon has desensitized a lot of people to what really is too heavy.
