She can have friends, just not people that flirt with her. The fact that she ignores your concerns about him and refuses to establish boundaries should show you how little she cares about you. I don't think this is even a fight worth fighting. You have told her more than enough times how you feel about him, so she knows it. If she goes, you should break up with her, without any negotiations (keep in mind, do not tell her that beforehand).
