Your second source is another article about the pay gap with some IQ talk sprinkled in. I’m actually not sure what you are trying to prove with it. Maybe that there are social factors at play? Can’t argue that but that’s also hot to measure
You’d have a better time showing me a study not an article of a comparable population size being tested for IQ. You can try clicking the references in your articles and reading through the referenced studies yourself
