I would say most are. I had a few similar experiences.
The first guy I causally dated made it clear that we were not exclusive and that he did not want to see each other at all after he moved next year, so we had an expiration date. I was cool with it.

Anyways, it was a huge red flag because he clearly thought that as a more chubby girl he would have exclusive rights to me without the commitment. And he was probably just mad that I was having more success dating than him. It didn’t seem to be about me at all, but more his ability to control or manipulate me

I actually asked him if she has friends she could lean on. He said yes, she does. But I think he is the one she is most close to. She was also there for him during his breakup and so I feel like he is going to do his best to be there for her during her breakup.
