By telling you she is willing to allow you to seek sex elsewhere she is basically saying she has zero intention of having sex with you again. She is looking for an out on that aspect of the relationship and just focus on the emotional side.
Maybe you and she need to take a brief break to really reevaluate both your needs in this relationship. Eventually your lack of needs being fulfilled will start making you resentful and she will equally feel resentful about occasionally doing it to ” get it over with”. That will really take an emotional toll on her as she may start to feel physically violated.
