Quite frankly, you can do whatever you want in terms of asking for money from your father. I can understand why you'd want him to take some kind of responsibility or pay reparations for what he put you and your mother through.
If it's any consolation, if I had nothing but contempt or even indifference for somebody and they desperately wanted to be in my life, plus I was struggling financially, I would find it difficult to say no.
She told you the lie when you were still getting to know each other, which means that she didn't know how much you value, honesty and transparency. Later, once she learnt that, she decided that correct her minor transgression and come clean with you about her true age. Which lets face it, if you had met between 6-12 month after, depending on when her birthday is, she would be that age.
As others have mentioned, she didn't lie because she's a minor, she lied because she over thought that value of age while talking to someone who's older than her. It's a learning thing and doesn't really show a major flaw within her personality.
I mean, I'm sure you've done something similar because you might have worked yourself up into thinking something was a big deal, when in reality it wasn't, it's life man, try to be a little more forgiving.
I'm not sure. I just think having an exciting sex life is a positive but I get that this idea is risky
