This is actually happening to me right now except i an the girl in the situation. it is really so hurtful to be lied to like that and i hope in the future you remember that it is better to tell the truth even if it hurts.. the lying makes it so much worse. 100% if it were me I’d terminate and run. Coparenting with this dude would be impossible, especially with his “ex” breathing down your neck.
