He deserves to get fired. Yes his behavior isn't extremely abnormal, but it is extremely inappropriate. People should be able to feel safe giving their information to employees at places they need to go to. I'd bet money she's not the first and won't be the last with this guy and he absolutely needs to 1) face consequences, and 2) lose his opportunities to gain info that allows him to do this in the first place.

I understand what you’re doing. Trust me, when I hung out with guys who mentioned that my shorts were “very revealing” or my skirt was on the short side, I noped the hell out of there cuz those were red flags to me. If they felt comfortable making those remarks when we were just getting to know each other, what would they say or how would they act if we were more serious? Most guys loved how I dressed or said nothing. So I totally get it.
That said, don’t tell anyone it’s a test because no one will respond well to that. And also, dress as your authentic self on the first date, why try to trick them by making it seem like you dress one way when you normally dress another?
