My boyfriend and I were talking about things that we liked about each other, and in the course of that conversation my eye color came up.
He basically said that my eye color (brown) is not rare, ideal, or special and it has made me so insecure. But what's more ironic is that he also has brown eyes, and he just said that it's a fact that brown eyes are common, not rare, and therefore not desirable.
He's white and I'm mexican, and it's just so strange that he himself who has dark hair and brown eyes is telling me this.
How do I go about this? Thanks
