1. He’s dangerous. The reason it took this long for him to show this side of him is because you never threatened his control. Im betting if you look back you’ll notice a trend of him being controlling but you weren’t opposed so you just went along. Now you know that wanting to better your health threatens his insane expectations of you and causes him to be cruel, emotionally abusive and very possibly dangerous.

   When your SO gets aggressive and threatens you because you want to be healthy , girl that’s the sign to RUN NOW. He wants you to be weak and if you get stronger and healthier physically, you very well might come to realize you are too good for him and stand up to him; which is terrifying to a guy like him. Call a friend or your parents for help, talk to the landlord and explain how he suddenly became a danger to you and leave when he’s out and send a text once you are safe. Make sure no one tells him where you are. I’m worried for you. It’s such a sudden and aggressive progression.
