Why would you think this? Nothing in your post indicates the 2 of you being on the same page ever. You didn't sort out how much debt he's in before you got married, you didn't agree to payday loans but went along with them, you didn't agree to Klarna or any of the other payment plans but went along with them, you didn't like living paycheck to paycheck and you didn't bring up anything until after you got married. You have signed up for a lifetime of being broke, being in debt and never being able to trust your husband with money.
You could attempt to get him into therapy, but this isn't going away.
