If you are in a dorm, then you need to bust her like a piñata. Report this to your whoever lists approval for ESAs that she has abandoned the cat for days along with any proof you have. At this point it might be too late to ask for a room reassignment, otherwise Id list any other dorm infractions (although this might be helpful in having a paper trail when she doesn’t do her share of the cleaning on love out day).
