There is no good answer. People here are berating you fir trying ti waste his parents money as nd deny him 3 weeks of trip to Europe. However it is easy for them to say this when they haven't been in your position. They can't sympathize with you, because for them your feelings are silly, just because they are illogical. Lucky they are to be able to not understand why it is so hurtful to you.
I would still tell you to let it go if it wasn't for the fact you voiced your concerns in advance about that girl attending. He could have made a deal-breaker when planning the trip. He however knew this possibility and probably didn't tell anything to other participants. I think this is enough to tell you that you are justified in your actions.
However justified or not your relationship will suffer. Either because your bf will spend 3 weeks with person you hate and that might try to seduce him. Whether she succeds doesn't matter this fact alone will be enough. He will be enjoying himself there, in her company, including situations when he is drunk.
If he stays his parents will possibly forever hate you and try to convince your bf to hate you too. He will be greatly upset as well. It is, because while he may be willing to do it for you this trip is something he was already emotionally invested in and excited.

How can you not see the writing on the wall? This is supposed to be the honeymoon and love phase of the relationship. How do you know? Has she mentioned the size of the home, who is regularly in the house, whether the husband makes messes he never cleans up, etc. etc. etc.? Do you know if she has health problems? Does she mention she battles depression? Depression which can make cleaning very difficult? Yes, she sure does. It may not be hot for you but that's not to say it's not very hot for someone else.
