Awww I wish I could help. I really hate seeing stories of people being bullied and really makes me feel crappy for the ignorant teen I was (not to this extent but still). How about trying to act like it doesn't phase you? Fake it till you make it. And if the bullying happens more, then maybe try to stick up for yourself? These situations are so difficult because I understand not wanting to escalate it by telling a teacher/adult but then again it does sometimes feel like it will never stop. But it will, eventually. And everyone will forget the video eventually, it's just a matter of time. So much happens on the internet now that it will be forgotten in a week or two. Stay strong and keep your head up 🙂

So, the narrative here is not actually that he got upset, despite OP asserting that.

OP is repeatedly refusing to believe and respect his very clearly stated preference for no gifts. And she says she had to ddrag it out of him thatche didn't like it; that doesn't say “upset” to me, that says “didn't perform excitement amd gratitude to the degree that I imagined, so I harassed him until he confessed that he was unhappy.”
The person being rude – at best – is OP.
