If you get back with him, you’re going to Start resenting him and Doubt him everytime there’s an argument. Every time that he will be stressed you will wonder if he will pull this crap on you again. You’ll enter a cycle of blaming yourself thinking you’re still not good enough for him when he is being emotionally unavailable and immature and your kid will witness all of this.
You going back with this man is going to be a guaranteed toxic cycle of getting back to together bringing your kid hopes up only to witness arguments and separating again.
Has he even gotten therapy or seen a doctor regarding his stress? Has switched to a lower stress job to be more available to his family and take care of himself? Has he even put in some work to prove that he is changing for the better? Is he consistent? Or he just misses you because of the guilt and not finding what he was looking for out there?
You are better off been a single mom for know. Take care of yourself, become an independent individual. Surround yourself with family and friends that will support. And when you’re ready find someone that will treat you better.
