You are, supposedly, in a partnership. In a partnership, one partner doesn't get to tell the other partner to leave so they can have alone time. It doesn't work that way. If he wants to be alone so much, why is he in a relationship in the first place?
I'm going to be a little harsh here and say that you have been enabling this behavior by complying with his silly demands. If you don't like it, the solution is easy. Don't do it anymore. You have, IMO, one choice and one choice only: You tell her how you feel, and you tell her once. If she says anything but an enthusiastic yes, you walk away. It will hurt but what will hurt more is continuing to be emotional support for someone who makes you a second choice.
If he develops heart disease or brain consequences from this his career will suffer more. Perhaps look up the potential consequences.
