I’m so sorry. If she is refusing to get help there isn’t much you can do. She needs an in-patient stay, but it sounds like she won’t do it in her own.
Her ED and depression have led her to give up on everything. That includes your marriage, your future, herself, and you.
By this point you know all the physical, mental, and emotional effects of ED. Without intense help nothing will get better.
Last ditch effort would be to involve her family and closest friends to have an intervention of sorts and find an in patient facility. She can go or not, but if not, then the relationship is over.

There's a HUGE difference between sanitary products and poopy paper. Human waste can cause serious health issues. TP is made to flush and sanitary products aren't. Sanitary products are only used for a week/month but TP is used multiple times daily. VERY DIFFERENT.
