Does your fiance have any siblings? I might have missed if you mentioned it but I'm just curious. I'm not sure about his family dynamic but some people pry into their families private lives like that. I know way too much about my brother and his boyfriends sex life, and I did not ask or want to know.
Has your brother said anything to you about the questioning/touching? I'd address him asking those questions at least, but not in a “you're attracted to him” way, just that it's not appropriate and makes you uncomfortable.
