Yeah, unless she has a valid excuse, explains it, and OP is willing to deal with it consistently… it just seems disrespectful and not worth continuing the relationship. He definitely needs to ask her why she's consistently late and then evaluate based on her reply whether she is legitimately rude, or has some valid reason (like ADHD) which explains her poor time management. Then he can decide what he wants to do.
