As a person with a masters in clinical psychology and a PhD in neuroscience, don't. That's not how any of this works. Allergies are caused by an immune response, and you can't use Pavlovian conditioning to train the immune system. Also, hypnosis is placebo, it only works when the person believes it will work. This all falls into the same pseudo science BS as homeopathy or crystals.
