Sport is not a subject. Creative? Some people are not cut out to be creative. Your late son reminds me of me a little bit. I was never diagnosed with anything, but I was always the quiet kid in school, the smart kid, best in the class when it came to the technical subjects. I was even put forward a year in primary school. But was also the last person picked in sports. Stereotypical nerd, you could say. And absolutely ZERO creativity, I hated art. Though I liked, and still like music, but I'm rubbish at coming up with anything original.
I ended up with the best A-levels (or their equivalent in my country) in my school, despite being almost a year younger then everyone else. Then I wanted to study chemistry, which I did. I graduated with an honours degree, but ended up working in another field. But guess what? My parents supported me throughout my education. They weren't sure what would be best for me, since they never finished school in their day. But they trusted the opinion of professionals, my teachers. Now I'm 45, married with 2 children of my own, doing a job I like and well able to support my family. Yes, the nerdy introvertive kid ended up just fine.
Your problem is that you refuse to see any mistakes on your part. You are of the opinion that you cannot ever be wrong, and that you know better than anyone else. So much so that you drove a young man to suicide and another child to cut you out of their lives completely. And depsite all the comments here you still refuse to see that you might have made mistakes. It's always someone else's fault. Never yours.
I noticed in your post history another similarity with your late son. We even share the same name. Until you realise the problems you caused, you will never find peace with your remaining children.
Thanks – it’d be a nightmare changing my walk as it’s our only good local one and my dogs have dog friends we bump in to and I chat to the owners too – it’s such a safe area – that’s good advice to consider though

Is his name actually Red Flag or does he have a weekend hobby of collecting, exhibiting and waving red flags? Because, in answer to your question, YES!!!!
Be respectful to him at work, ignore any discussion about anything that relates to your relationship with him, ask him to leave you alone if he tries to bother or harass you, go to HR if he does.
Learn from this and make sure you never date anyone like him again.
By the way, 'blocked all the MEN you were in contact with'? Not just previous partners but the MEN? This right here was probably one of the early red flags. If anybody asks you to do this again, walk away there and then.

Clearly a red flag
Wasn't my friend. They had been friends for half her life. I pushed for her to press charges but she refuses to because she doesn't want to ruin his life. I swear she is far too nice to others for someone who is self proclaimed terrible. Honestly I kind of wished he never woke up. Would have been easier on her. Everyone knows the situation though Including her family and friends as well as his. I've wanted him gone for a while. And she has blocked him on all social media as of now. Once she moves he won't be able to find her.
I'll try to push therapy. I've already paid for some couple counciling. Hopefully she will use it. But as it is I can't force her. As for visiting. She has expressly forbidden it. And I don't have the funds to do so. Sadly this all went down days before her flight to see me. And she ended up not coming because she self sabotaged it. She made plans that conflicted with the flight since she didn't have a ride and her car broke down. (I would have paid for her to uber and she knew it).
I am however still planning on moving nearby as i had already planned to anyways. And yknow. Id make twice the money with half the rent. She isn't the sole reason I was moving. Which is one of her concerns.
My family all thinks I should just leave as its too much hassle. So thanks for telling me to stay. I thought maybe I was being optimistic. It also sucks cuz this happened the day after I paid an artist to draw a portrait of us and a song writer to write a song. Since words don't work but music and art are her main ways to communicate.
No one seems to be catching that little tidbit. Seems OP is a little more shady than he wants us to believe
