From what I can tell, it seems that she's picking a fight, either to get your attention (eg. She wants you to say that you weren't looking at her ceiling because you were thinking about her while scrolling or something), or because she was already in a bad mood.
I would advise asking her why she does this, and what she wants from you, what she's trying to communicate and hopes to gain from such comments.
That being said, I really don't understand the ceiling comment, what could possibly be so interesting about someone's ceiling?
